Stuart Brown
Founder & Partner
Stuart Brown is a trained Chef, Sommelier, Entrepreneur, and Operations Manager. He has been in Hospitality and the Importation and Distribution fields for 35+ years.
His latest role, spanning a decade, was Operations Manager of a large wholesale distribution company in Bermuda. Here he improved the efficiencies and productivity of all the operational departments. It was here that he met Chris Myles, Assistant General Manager and Financial Controller and where they forged a colleague banter like none other; truly the work-hard-play-hard duo.
Stuart currently serves as the co-founder of Apogee Ltd along with co-founder and business partner Chris Myles. Stuart advises and invests in relationships and products that cross the boundaries and intersections of hospitality, sustainability, technology and creativity. He works closely with like-minded entrepreneurs and unique businesses bringing new technology and specialty items to our shores.
Stuart was born in the UK, raised in Africa and the Middle East, and calls Bermuda home. Beyond his culinary prowess and operational management, Stuart is an avid golfer, boater, pickleball enthusiast, and antiques collector.
Chris Myles
Founder & Partner
Christopher Myles is an experienced Accountant, Manager, and mentor. Driven by the desire to get the job done right the first time he takes pride in providing the best service possible. As a Director, his goals include prudent financial management, guidance and providing bold leadership in a changing landscape. In addition to his primary job functions, Chris has been recognized by his peers for his extraordinary commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction and client growth.
Chris's passion for Finance, Accounting and Management can be traced back to the 1990’s, where he spent time working on various aspects and levels of accounting with a Big 4 accounting firm. As a Chartered Accountant, he specializes in Financial Accounting, Anti-fraud and Taxation.
Chris has worked in the Hospitality and Importation industry for over 20 years, gaining experience in all aspects of managing and operating in the sector. As a seasoned Executive, he is passionate about advancing the needs of the clients, supporting staff, and the interest of the business. In addition to being a Director of Apogee, he is also involved in community service and volunteering for social and professional associations. Outside of the office, Chris enjoys running, golfing, soccer and reading.
Corey Masters-Brown
Director
Corey Masters-Brown is an experienced professional with a passion for helping others reach their full potential.
Dependable, versatile and organized she practices a streamlined and intuitive approach in her roles. This rests on empathy, efficiency, adaptability and astute solution formulation.
Corey has a proven track record of providing efficient, quality and confidential corporate executive administrative services. She has strong interpersonal communication skills related to her behavioral anthropology and forensics background.
Corey looks to leverage her skills and experience to help organizations achieve their goals. She is open-arms to opportunities that will broaden her horizon. A team player, willing to lead or follow, eager to learn and is self-motivated. Enthusiastic and personable, her passion is to contribute, support, and make a difference while thriving in an environment that values truth and openness in the pursuit of innovation, excellence and quality relationships.
Corey was born in Bermuda, educated in the United States of America, enjoys all things travel, and always up for an adventure.
